Happy Blog Anniversary

Gosh, I am ready for my time-out in the corner. I haven't done anything on my blog until I saw the date today and realized it was my blog anniversary! Exciting! I guess this first year was a try out to see how well my blog went... and from the looks of it, it went pretty well. I want to say thank you to all of my followers and people who have supported my blog and I. Since I am really busy nowadays, there isn't much to be expected from me. Sorry. I am trying my best to fit time in for my blog, but sometimes it gets too complicated. I hope everyone has enjoyed my blog's first year.

Happy New Year + Look Who's Back

ME!!! I'm back from the horrors that is high school. Honestly I am happy I took a little break for myself or I think I would have been grumpy while doing the reviews and not have put my best efforts into them. There were so many things happening at school it's a miracle that I didn't keel over and disappear into the ground. They say grade 10 is the hardest year of high school, but I didn't believe them. NOW I DO. I am not kidding, I wanted to cry so many times out of frustration. Life is soooo hard. But now I am refreshed and am ready to review my heart out! Even though I have less than a week left of Winter Break. hehehehe.

Finally! It has been confirmed that The Sea of Monsters: Percy Jackson will be released in theatres on August 16th....

Like I said, my friend had seen some of the shooting taking place in Burnaby. Wait, did I misread something? It is releases in 2013... a whole year away.

From Books to Movies #2

Okay, so yesterday I posted some books that will soon be movies. Now, I found so many more being turned into movies!!! And there are so many great books on the list! Okay, so there are many books turning into movies for the years of 2012/2013. Some of them are

City of Bones... THE MOVIE!!!

This is what all of those TMI (The Mortal Instruments) fans have been waiting for... City of Bones, the movie!!! Oh my God, I knew there was going to be a movie, but I haven't thought about it until my friend said it coming out next year. I was freaking out the whole weekend, jumping up and down and screaming to the top of my lungs. And if you know me, that means I'm freaking excited!!! When I got home, I quickly searched the actors. (silence). Even though I'm totally loving the idea of a movie, the actors are not making me that enthusiastic. So far, they only have Jace, Clary and I think, Isabelle. Wait, before we go into detail, I need to tell you guys something. They were supposed to start filming the movie ages ago, except the screen writer took out MAGNUS BANE! I know, big shock for me too. Good thing, many people/fans complained and they made a new script... including Magnus Bane. Whew, thank God.

Anyways, back to the actors. The actor for Clary was actually a good pick. But the one for Jace... ugh. I thought the actor would be Alex Pettyfer or even Lucas Till! But no, it was Jamie Campbell Bower. He does not resemble Jace at ALL. Oh well, we gotta pray it will still turn out to be an awesome movie. Putting Clary and Jace aside, it is rumoured that that Adelaide Kane will play Isabelle Lightwood. I gotta say, she looks perfect for the role. There isn't any say on any of the characters, but I hope Simon Lewis get's played by LOGAN LERMAN!!! I'm not in love with him or anything, but his played the main character in some of my favourite books-turned-movies. He played Percy Jackson *sigh* in, The Lightning Thief, and he played Roy Eberhardt in, Hoot. It doesn't hurt that Logan is cute too:)

Lily Collins, who will play Clary Fray. Lily actually looks like Clary... just imagine her with red hair:)

   Jamie Campbell Bower. He does not resemble Jace. Alex Pettyfer is a better choice. But, you never know, he might be the right choice for Jace. I'm saying this cause when I was googling images, there was a photo of him looking almost like Jace. Don't know if it was edited or something like that, though.

Adelaide Kane, who is rumoured to play Isabelle Lightwood.
